Technical Impacts was founded in 2002 as a Technology Consulting firm. Our goal was simply to provide high quality, cost effective consulting services to small to medium sized businesses, non-profits, and government organizations. In 2005, Technical Impacts became certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE).
